1 Timothy 1:5 The goal of this command is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.

2:1-7 - A charge to men and women to live at peace. God's desire is for people to be saved, so live peaceful and quiet lives that others may come to know His love.

1 Timothy 2:1 1 - I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone-

5. Train for Godliness not myths of tradition

3:12-4:16 - Everything is made holy by the word of God, but some distort God's goodness because of tradition or myths about God.

1 Timothy 4:4-5 For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, ⁵because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer.

1 Tim 5:1-6:2 All the relationships in the household of God are built up through submission for one another and impartiality.

1 Timothy 5:21 I charge you, in the sight of God and Christ Jesus and the elect angels, to keep these instructions without partiality, and to do nothing out of favoritism.

6:3-21 - Paul urges Timothy to pursue righteousness and to stay away from the pursuit of money as some have done.

1 Timothy 6:11 But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.
